My Pre-Purchase Property & Design Consultations offer an independent, design-led perspective before you commit.
I look beyond the way a property is currently presented to consider its proportions, layout, character and potential — as well as the practical question of whether it is really the right house for you.
This isn't a building survey or property valuation. It's the perspective of an interior designer who understands houses, how people live in them and what can — and cannot easily — be transformed.

I'll review the particulars, photographs and floorplan before a 60-minute telephone or video consultation.
We'll consider its potential, limitations and whether it's worth pursuing.
THE VIEWING CONSULTATION
In person | £275
For when you'd like an experienced design eye beside you at the viewing.
I'll assess how the house works, what could be improved and where its potential lies.
You'll receive a concise written summary afterwards.
THE PURCHASE REVIEW
In person | £350
For a significant purchase, renovation project or property where the potential isn't immediately obvious.
I'll make a more detailed assessment of the property, its possibilities and renovation priorities.
You'll receive a detailed Property & Design Report.
